I’ve been dry now for over two years. Just the other day I was eating a pear and it occurred to me that I have been eating a lot of fruit in the last year. When I was drinking, eating fruit wasn’t a favourite that’s for sure. Now though it is a favourite; oranges, bananas, apples, kiwi-fruit, grapes … and the list goes on. What a turnaround from two years ago. I’m not just eating fruit but actually savouring each and every tasty, delicious bite.
Now that has to be good.
